Come along and see us on a Sunday morning. 10:06 until 12:00.

You can watch from the sideline or (preferably) join us on the pitch.

It doesn't matter if you are new to the sport and want to see what all the excitement is about, or if you've played tag, touch or contact rugby before; you can be sure of a warm welcome.

Just bring your boots (and a gum shield).
