Jaz is an experienced women's rugby player, she started her playing career with Beccles Rugby Club and progressed to Eastern Counties U18's Captain and playing senior rugby for Southwold Women's team. A move to London and Jaz continued her playing career for Surrey County and Richmond, gaining some premiership caps.

Jaz has coaching experience, coaching an U16 boys team in London and assisting with girls and womens coaching when required.

Jaz is also in the process of completing a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy.
